Sa-Fa is creating a new language for construction with products and processes that unlock the true potential of 3D printing. We are focused on urban, multistory 3D printed construction and breaking ground on our showcase project, Pata3D, in Miami in 2025.

Pata 3D will demonstrate our ability in denser urban environments with strict building codes, to 3D print:

• A commercially-competitive high-performance Net Zero building

• At [20+]% shorter timelines than average and up to [15]% lower costs

• With a new workforce of women, women veterans, and other locals to permanently expand the construction labor force

• With low-to-zero construction waste
